By accessing or using Wagoo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms apply to all users of Wagoo, including free and paid subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Wagoo is an AI-powered voice assistant that provides intelligent assistance through voice commands and AI-driven features. Our service includes:

• Voice-activated AI assistance
• Natural language processing and understanding
• Voice-to-text transcription
• AI-powered responses and recommendations
• Integration with various applications and workflows

To use certain features of Wagoo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use only one account per person or organization

Wagoo offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Service Disclaimer: Wagoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wagoo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account through your account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• You may export your data for 30 days after termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Wagoo will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• In-app notification when you next use Wagoo
• Posting updates on our website

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
