Quick start
This is the five-minute tour. Sign in, get oriented, and do one real thing in whichever product you’re here for.
Sign in and pick your workspace
Section titled “Sign in and pick your workspace”-
Go to your Wagoo URL and sign in with email + password or “Continue with Google”.

You land on the dashboard. The left sidebar is how you move around — see the full navigation map.

If your firm belongs to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher at the top-left of the sidebar to choose the right one. Your workspace decides which features you see (CRM, Origination, Underwriting, Assistant).
Do your first task
Section titled “Do your first task”Pick the path that matches why you’re here.
First task in the Loan CRM
Section titled “First task in the Loan CRM”-
Click Records → Deals in the sidebar. The dashboard opens on the board view with a row of metric cards up top.

The metric cards are your worklist — Loan Due, Interest Due, and Ins. Expiring are clickable filters that show exactly what needs attention.

Click any deal to open its record. Everything about the loan lives here: lender splits, insurance, draws, payments, and documents.

Want to see who else could fund it? Scroll to the Matching Lenders section — Wagoo scores your lender directory against the deal automatically.

First task in Loan Origination
Section titled “First task in Loan Origination”-
Click Records → Loan Origination. You get a pipeline board of applications.

Click “Intake link”, pick a product, and copy the shareable link — send it to a borrower and they can apply with no login.

When an application comes in, open it to review documents, order-outs, and requested terms. The readiness banner tells you if everything required is in.

When it’s ready, click “Promote” to turn it into a CRM deal or send it to underwriting.

First task in AI Underwriting
Section titled “First task in AI Underwriting”-
Click Workflows → Underwriting, then “New Deal”.

Drag in the company’s documents (financials, statements, appraisals — PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and click “Process Files”.

In about a minute you get a confidence-scored memo. Review the sections, edit any field inline, then export to DOCX or Excel.

First task with the AI Assistant
Section titled “First task with the AI Assistant”-
Click New chat under Chats at the bottom of the sidebar.

Ask a question in plain English — try “Summarize my current portfolio by status” or one of the suggestion chips.

Ask it to change something (“flag this borrower for follow-up”) and it prepares a proposal card — nothing is written until you click Apply.
